3. Provide an approved ventilation calculation table. (i.g. the total area for this building is 6,080 square feet, the total area your providing in your table is 5,300 square feet, your missing 780 square feet, also your lumping all the rooms as offices, when you got different rooms that must be calculated as different occupancies with different CFM requirements than an office. for example a dining room, Zuma room, sleeping room requires different outside air than an office and they must be listed accordingly sheet M4 (IMC2018,106.3.1) Complied
4. Public restrooms require 70 cfm of exhaust air you got 60 cfm and you don't specify if it is continuous or intermittent exhaust sheet M4 (IMC2018,403.3.1.1) on your ventilation calcs's you got 3 restroom's with a total combined cfm capacity of 150 cfm, with no note that says continuous ventilation, and then you got a exhaust air fan schedule, that says exhaust fan 85 cfm 1. it contradicts the numbers in your ventilation calc's and 2. it say's it is interlocked with the air handler but it doesn't say it is continuous like you imply in your written response. you must submit a revised plan that matches your written response on sheet M4 Complied
