Please complete the following form, “Historic Property Demolition Architectural Documentation”, and provide the items outlined. The form can be accessed via this website: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/city-services/planning-development-services/historic-preservation/documents/2019_historic_or_older_demo_documentation_form_and_instructions.pdf Your property will require Minor Architectural Documentation. Please provide the following in a combined PDF: 1. Complete “Historic Property Demolition Architectural Documentation” application. Please fill out all the required fields and answer all questions. 2. Colored Photographs of each side of the building, with direction of each façade labeled 3. Confirmation of age of the property (a Pima County Property Records card, inventory form, other official government document). The Assessor’s effective date is typically on the Assessor’s property card that you get from the County Assessor’s page. 4.
