An impact (from a truck?) has recently knocked some of the blocks out, and the structure is in danger of imminent collapse. There are no water or electrical connections, and no insulation or asbestos. The roof, partly collapsed, is of rolled asphalt on plywood. I seek permission for total demolition and removal of the structure, including the concrete slab underneath it. I have no plans to build a replacement structure at this time.
