Hello, this is for a lot line reconfiguration of 40.3 square. I have a very old shed structure over the property line to my neighbors on the NW corner of my property about 40.3 sqft. The house is from 1913 and the shed structure was installed close to that time period. I would like to restore the structure and convert it into an ADU and bring it up to code. My neighbor is willing to sell me that area that is over his property line.
