Roof overhang shall not be allowed to cross the new proposed property line. b. The roof overhang will have to be removed at this side of the structure. c. Provide your response as to how this will be accomplished. 2. WALL WHERE PROPERTY LINE MAKES A 90 DEGREE TURN a. The wall at this location must also be fire rated at 1 hour. 3. INTUMESCENT PRIMER a. The above product is not a code compliant product towards fire rating of the structure. b. Please remove this from your response. 4. If the above-mentioned conditions can be met, submit the two updated parcel legal descriptions, omitting the description of the 40.3 sq ft lot. 4.
