This needs to be corrected so it drains. There are also erosion rills present in this area. Repair erosion rills and place riprap as needed. There is a lot of water draining out of splash pad water drain emitter. The basin that it drains into is full of water. Splash pad was only being used for about 10 minutes and the basin is full of water. Something needs to be adjusted because basin should not be full of water. There is also erosion between the emitter and the basin that needs to be addressed. The sidewalks scupper south of the parking lot invert is lower than what is on the plan. Plan show it 6 inches lower than the finish grade, but it is 2 feet. This should be built per plan or engineer of record will need to accept this discrepancy and submit a letter to engineering. |
