Parking lot for Park off of Escalera. Plans still not approved. I checked depths and slope, Good for 3" AC and it will all drain to curb cuts to basin. Contractor says Subgrade compaction tested at 95% and ABC was 100%. Submit reports to the portal. ADA parking ok but one aisle is close to 2% I notified contractor. Pavers will have to be careful to make aisle comply. Ok To pave. Scheduled for Nov. 11 along with roadway.

Header curb along other half of wood chip play area with rebar is correct. OK to pour the header.

The curb ramp with the island at the north west side of the parking area should have a curb cut in the planter as shown in the plans. The header along the edge of the ramp should slope down to the curb cut at grade with sidewalk ramp, preventing a tripping hazard. Do not pour this as it is now formed.

Junior from Borderland consulted with me about how to coordinate inspection for putting in approximately 275 ft of 2’ copper pipe. It is potable water that will run about 9’ from the water main over to the water meter for the splash pad. Water will make the connection to the main later. 2” pipe will be in poly wrap. I can be back out late morning on Wednesday to check it. Call in inspection for Wednesday.
