The U rack has been installed in the wrong location. It is installed to the west of entry patio instead of under it per plan. No long term bike parking has been installed per plan. The ADA van Accessible Parking sign must be installed in the correct location. It has been left in wrong place after restriping. The signage will need to be included for both locations. ADA Parking space is the wrong width by the entryway. Per plan it is 12.5'. It is less that. Per plan that is the only parking space by the entryway. The wheel stops to the East of the building need to be addressed. They are not shown on the plan because that side is not intended as parking. In Addition to this condition there is no Grade Separation between the East Existing Entry Way Patio and the 2-way driveway... See attached picture of existing condition. |
