This development is located in the S.W. quarter of the N.E. quarter of Section 1, Township 15S, Range 13E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies parcel numbers 137-03-1080, 137-03-1090, 137-03-1100, covers approximately 0.82 ± acres, and is West Nebraska Street and Old Nogales Highway, approximately 375 feet to the southeast of the subject development. This site does lie within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the proposed project and is not requiring a resubmit of this project.
