04/13/2026 Consultation SITE Passed I Visited site on Friday and consulted with Contractor. Currently the existing dog run slab is more than 6 inches above the existing sidewalk on 12th St. The plan call for concrete sidewalk to connect the two, but currently this would create an 11.5 degree slope. It's possible to put landings and parallel ramps in the space. But it may create an unexpected tripping hazard on that side of the sidewalk. The Engineer of Record or Site Engineering should approve a solution.
05/12/2026 Passed Okay to finish gravel and backfill drinking fountain drainage. ensure as-built refer to new parks detail, and show drainage outline.
