| 06/22/2026 | ENGR Grading Final | Not Ready | 6/22/26 Curb ramp is not finished on 13th St. as well as landscaping in those islands. Sidewalk scupper not finished here as well. Concrete driveway and driveway apron needs to be poured.. Planters in front of the park center and underneath the performance shelter area need to be landscaped. Area around Park Center building to the west, north and south needs landscaping finished and DG placed from the building to the sidewalks. On 12th St. the curb Islands to the north of the right away sidewalk and curb ramps need to be built and area is not landscaped. 6" inch drive sidewalk needs to be finished at northside, as well as the 4 inch sidewalk that connects to it needs to be formed and poured. All expansion joints in the new sidewalks need to be caulked per plan. Right of way between the sidewalk and the park needs to be finished at dog run area at either end of new ramp. Dog run fencing, and gates need to be finished. Drinking fountain at dog run needs to be installed and furniture placed. Site amenities listed on L4.2 need to be installed. All the grass areas that were graded have turf placed. There are areas other areas where the grass is bare and needs to be reseeded. especially a large area just to the north of the performance shelter and other areas on the east side of the park. Old grass needs to be mowed and cared for. If new trees are staked they need to be staked correctly per plan. All sidewalks, new and old need to be brushed off and cleaned. |
