VOID: OS - Your permit application TC-RES-1124-06608 cannot be processed because the proposed electrical water heater relocation falls within the same scope of work as permit TC-RES-0924-05441. Please allow permit TC-RES-0924-05441 to be completed before applying for a new trade permit for an electric water heater. Otherwise, you will need to submit a revision of the electric plans that reflect the new electric water heater location. You can do this by submitting a revision through permit application TC-RES-0924-05441. Replace Water Heater * will need to install a steel enclosure *Drill holes in the mortar behind the water heater in order to run water lines into the home. * Will then have to drill a hole into the steel enclosure. * Customer will need to have an electrician run electrical to the water heater before turn the unit on. * Will seal off all holes to make the enclosure water tight. * Instal new 40 gal electric water heater * Install new hot/cold flexible water connectors * Install new isolation ball valve * Install new drip pan * Install new T&P Valve with discharge piping
