Replace Water Heater * will need to install a steel enclosure *Drill holes in the mortar behind the water heater in order to run water lines into the home. * Will then have to drill a hole into the steel enclosure. * Customer will need to have an electrician run electrical to the water heater before turn the unit on. * Will seal off all holes to make the enclosure water tight. * Instal new 40 gal electric water heater * Install new hot/cold flexible water connectors * Install new isolation ball valve * Install new drip pan * Install new T&P Valve with discharge piping |
