When the electrical panel was upgraded, that permit was only for the panel upgrade and nothing else. When the certificate of occupancy for the adult care home was processed, it was only to process the certificate of occupancy, not for any addition nor renovations that was done. Refer to owner. Documentation for any other work to be via separate permit. 6. NOTE: Any addition, renovation, upgrades, etc that was done without a permit will always be categorized as illegally built until a permit is applied for and issued for that specific project. May we suggest that you apply for a building permit for each project that was done specific for each instance. Submit as-built drawings and a permit be processed for each unpermitted project. This will allow the proper code review as well as the proper inspection be conducted for each specific project. Refer to owner. Documentation for any other work to be via separate permit. |
