Permit Description: WHOLE HOME REPIPE & MAIN WATERLINE SERVICE This estimate is to perform whole home re-pipe, providing hot and cold water lines to all existing current locations of plumbing fixtures Work required to perform task will involve running waterline’s in crawlspace, making penetration’s through the subfloor staying in the first floor walls continuing to the second floor bathrooms All lines will be properly be sized for correct water flow and pressure Lines will be strapped and secured to prevent water hammering all penetrations through any masonry or subfloor to the exterior of home will be sealed Fixture count of home is one kitchen with ice maker box Three full bathrooms Water heater & laundry All materials used will be plastic wirsbo piping with proper wirsbo fittings along with brass and copper fittings transitioning to copper where, stubouts are located next to faucets and toilets where will install new quarter turn angle stops with stainless steel supply lines new shut offs will be installed at main inlet to home and above water heater for emergency future shut off situations BACK STUDIO -This estimate is to perform the task of a re-pipe on back studio suite with one full bathroom and kitchen sink also in addition will install new hot and cold domestic water to all existing plumbing fixtures in the home/office in the back of the property
