Special Inspections Certificate form will be submitted prior to Start of Inspections as a deferred submittal. 2. THIS PERMIT: “Permit #2” Slab and erection of the pre-engineered metal building, equipment canopy, and associated building systems designs. Permit #2 broken into “Phase 1” (THIS PERMIT) foundation and slab design to expedite review of the concrete work.
