This inspection needs to be done on the development package and will be done accordingly for today. The structure footer and walls have been constructed at this time, but have not been inspected by engineering. This inspection will have to be performed by the engineer of record, and he will need to provide us with a certification, letter stamp, and sealed stating that the structure has been built according to the approved plans. Canyon has been advised to provide us with his documentation, and to let his special inspector witness the grouting of the walls.
