Environmental services (ES) approves of the current design and construction of each of the refuse enclosures for 331, 333, and 335 E. Elvira Rd. ES has been performing service to these properties since January 2006 and although the side wall protection (required per DS 6-01.4.2.C.2) is not included the width of the enclosure is sufficient to allow for service.
