Bucky does have a copy of SWPPP on site, but said it was not a part of his contract to install. Bucky said he will contact the owner of the property and get some controls installed. Bucky said he will call when he's ready. Left my of card with Bucky.

12/29/2005 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP MAVERY Approved Talked to Nick site super, in regards to to stabilizing area east of building. Contractor cleared and grubbed area. Explained to Nick the state rule is anything that has been cleared and not worked has to be stabilized in 90 days.
Also talked about barriers around basin areas. I told Nick anything 2' and more in depth and steeper then 4 to 1 slope has to have a 42" high barrier around it.
