- The trees along the east property line appear to be dying or are in shock. Owner/owner representative to review the tree health in late spring/summer of 2025 to make sure the trees are still alive and thriving. If not, please replace the trees with the same species and size per the approved plans prior to landscape warrantee period expiration.
- Prior to warranty expiration, owner/owners representative to inspect all tree stakes. If the single trunk trees appear healthy and have an upright trunk, then remove the stakes. Also, at the time of this inspection by the owner/owners representative, remove all stakes from multi-trunk tree species.
