The project is well underway and includes a new building, new utilities, remodel to the existing buildings. The plan does not indicate new asphalt however the contractor is replacing all of the parking spaces. The plan indicates nine van accessible spaces. There are currently more than nine existing accessible spaces on the site. I asked Luke to get clarification from his engineer with regards to the amount of accessible parking spaces required. The site is over 5 acres however the plans do not require an SWPPP. Please call for Stormwater follow up inspections by weekly. There is no trash enclosure or drainage structures shown on the plan.The plan does indicate a 7 inch deep basin as well as 6 inch recessed landscaped areas} |
