01/08/2016 The following 7 conditions apply to permit DP15-0172:1)Two copies of the SWPPP Report shall be submitted prior to issuance of grading permit DP15-0172.2)Call for SWPPP inspection and Grading Pre-construction meeting. For a PDSD Engineering Inspections, call IVR (791-3111), or schedule with a Customer Service Representative at the Planning & Development Services Department, or contact PDSD Engineering at 837-4888. Call for inspection of stormceptor connection to existing stormdrain pipe.3)There shall be no disturbance outside of the approved grading limits. Any grading outside of the grading limits requires separate grading permit or a submittal, review, and approval for separate permits.4)Temporary SWPP controls shall be placed at base of downstream slopes, around stormceptor, and other locations as shown on SWPP sheet, and shall be maintained during construction until all permanent control installations are completed. 5)If there are any revisions to design or construction, contact PDSD Engineering Inspector or PDSD Engineering Civil Engineer to discuss proposed change to determine whether one of the following may be needed: notation of change may be needed in system and later as-built, details of change, or revised plan submittal. 6)With as-built submittal, provide certification statements from EOR (for overall project substantial completion as well as bioswale and stormceptor infrastructure installation) prior to approval of final grading. Include as-built elevations of stormdrain pipe at stormceptor outlet, bioswale elevations, kiosk FFE, and other elevations as deemed necessary by RLS.7)Permitee shall notify PDSD when grading operation is ready for final grading inspection. Final grading approval shall not be given until all work, including installation of all erosion control measures, have been completed in accordance with approved grading plan and grading permit, and all conditions of permit are completed.
