THE ENTIRE UNIT TO 1208 WAS FLOODED. THERE WAS SEVERE WATER INTRUSION TO THE UNIT. UNIT 1208 IS CONDEMNED AND UNFIT TO OCCUPY. A LICENSED CONTRACTOR NEEDS TO REVIEW THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF THE UPSTAIRS UNIT 1208. THE FIRE PIPES/HEADS MUST BE IN PROPER WORKING CONDITION. PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR ANY REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT TO THE UNIT. THE BELOW UNIT, 1108, HAD WATER INTRUSION TO THE CEILING AND ELECTRICAL DEVICES, INCLUDING WATER IN THE INTERIOR BREAKER BOX.
