My husband and son have both cut their foot on the broken tract. The other issue is that our toilet was loose and had been for so long that it began leaking out onto the floor. When I spoke to managemment I was told the seal would need to be replaced. Instead they just tightened the bolts and it still leaks. I am just at my witts end and don't know what to do as I have reported it to the complex and they don't seem to be willing to correct the issues yet I am still supposed to pay rent.

It was reported to us that their maintenance guy told one of the tenants that the cooler pads are green, that they slowed down the water to the unit so management could lower their water costs, and because of this, they are getting only hot air blown into their apartments. A tenant reported that they had to stay home from work for 4 days because of heat exhaustion due to lack of the cooling system not working. We have told them to contact the Arizona Housing for assistance on dealing with their management of the complex, but can we please send out a Code Enforcement Officer to go and look at this issue and speak to management about this?
