07/08/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed On site met with the tenant, swamp cooler not working and it is average 90 degrees inside the unit, also gas was shut off by SW gas no hot water or working stove, spoke to management and infomed about the issues, later same day manger texted me stating all issues were fixed, called the tenant to verify but no answer left VM.
07/13/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Verified with the tenant all repairs done and in compliance at this moment. case closed.
