These need to be 5% max without a railing or 8.33% max with a railing. These routes are indicated as the refuse container path for each unit. Scuppers have been excluded on the north side, pavers have been installed instead. The backup spur in the parking area is 18 inches shorter than the plan calls for. Walls have been excluded from this project. A revised plan reflecting the changes needs to be submitted and approved. |
