07/21/2026 Partial Pass 7/21/26
The large ramp with tactile domes in front main grocery store entrance and curb ramp to West. Use tactile warning strip specified in building plan details per keynote 47. Contractor is opting to mono poor the ramps and he set string lines to check slope. The slopes were close to being too steep to comply. I suggested he increase the length of the ramp slightly. OK to pour ramps pending correct compaction results and contractor is at risk if slopes do not comply to keynote 16 on page 4 and detail D on page 10 of the DP.
08/13/2026 Re-inspection required Access ramp on north side of building 3 going into East-West PAAL has cross-slope over 3%. Maximum allowed cross-slope is 2%.
08/14/2026 Partial Pass With the exception of the curb ramp at the NW corner of building 3, all sidewalks' and curb ramps' slopes & cross-slopes are complete within acceptable tolerances.

Curb ramp at NW corner of building 3: Cross-slopes of the ramp and lower landing exceed allowable limit of 2% (ramp measures between 3 & 4%). The cross-slope needs to be corrected to a maximum of 2% on the landings and ramp.
