Scuppers in sidewalk on West side of main entrance drive from Old Vail: inverts are too high, approximately 4 inches higher than the pavement/curbcut. Scupper invert needs to be lower than pavement height per plans. See attached photos showing scupper higher than pavement and refer to plans for spot elevations of pavement and scuppers. |
