I met with a contractor on site and looked at the work that they were doing. They’re preparing to do sidewalks for the driveways within the right away. I have advised them to call Daniel Robertson and get the transportation approval before they look at pouring the sidewalk that they have formed. I also looked at the trash enclosure that has been dug in the northwest corner of the site. It appears to be ready to be poured for the footer, and then they will start the wall construction after that. I have advised the contractor to remind his subcontractor that they can build 4 foot of the wall and then they have to grout it and then they can complete the wall. If they choose to build all the wall, then they will have to make sure to provide witness holes at the bottom of the wall for every cell that has rebar in it. |
