6-11-26: missing cover plate at kitchen counter top , add R3 insulation to hot side of water heaters, missing air grill cover plate at entryway of unit 1, bedroom sill height is 44 1/2"- max height is 44" AFF, provide high loop at dishwashers at kitchen sinks, paint & tighten loose exterior clean out caps, provide ladder for roof access, label panel located on west side, arch fault breakers are required for all habitable areas to include, kitchens, bedrooms, hallways, living room. Have a set of approved plan on site-Stopped inspection-additional items may be noted. |
