4-14-26: plans called for plywood roof decking at Classroom's 105, 106, 101, 102. However, Dex cell Glass mat Board with 3" 1000/BX Gaf drill-tec standard steel plate Galvalume and 2" #15 1000/BKT Top shield pro EHD Roofing fasteners black e-coat, extra heavy duty self drilling, trufast were used instead. Decking was Installed per method #15 of the manufactured installation recommendations which call for fasteners & steel plates at 12" along edges & 18" in the field. Please have architect of record submit an RFI to the city for review/approval. At minimal and before continuing with construction at own risk (roof decking), we are requiring the RFI be submitted. |
