However, Dex cell Glass mat Board with 3" 1000/BX Gaf drill-tec standard steel plate Galvalume and 2" #15 1000/BKT Top shield pro EHD Roofing fasteners black e-coat, extra heavy duty self drilling, trufast were used instead. Decking was Installed per method #15 of the manufactured installation recommendations which call for fasteners & steel plates at 12" along edges & 18" in the field. Please have architect of record submit an RFI to the city for review/approval. At minimal and before continuing with construction at own risk (roof decking), we are requiring the RFI be submitted.
05/13/2026 COT - HCBU - Exterior Clips/Sheathing  Partial Pass 5-13-26: 5/8" Type X drywall screw inspection at the walls of room's 101-106 approved. Okay tape & texture progress areas.
05/26/2026 COT - HCBU - Exterior Clips/Sheathing  Partial Pass 5-26-26: 2nd floor framing at front of building gable end framing verified per plans. 2nd floor rooms 201-206 drywall nailing approved- okay to tape & texture progress areas. Pending drywall above drywall.
06/23/2026 COT - HCBU - Exterior Clips/Sheathing  Partial Pass 6-23-26: drywall screw inspection at above ceiling hard lid areas of 1st & 2nd floor hallways approved for tape & texture.
06/25/2026 COT - HCBU - Exterior Clips/Sheathing  Partial Pass 6-25-26: second floor purple xp drywall screw inspection approved-Okay to tape & mud.
