Units are smaller than what plans originally called for and are being over amped. Max breaker should be 31 but there is a 35 amp breaker at panel instead. Insulate copper water line at east side of building with a minimum of R3. Submit all required 3rd party reports to the city for review & approval. Permit cannot be finalized until all conditions are satisfied.
