6-25-26: label junction box above ceiling at I.T. room, submit an updated mechanical RFI for HVAC units installed on south eastern section of building. Units are smaller than what plans originally called for and are being over amped. Max breaker should be 31 but there is a 35 amp breaker at panel instead. Insulate copper water line at east side of building with a minimum of R3. Submit all required 3rd party reports to the city for review & approval. Permit cannot be finalized until all conditions are satisfied. |
