10/6/26: pre slab it not ready- missing rebar at corners and reinforcement spacing for slab on grade at several areas is not per plans-add reinforcement where spacing is more than 18' o.c., provide a report together with photos with chairs every 4' o.c, a vapor barrier is required at areas having flooring. Reschedule inspection when ready. |
