3/20/24: Seal all penetrations going through top plate throughout, blocking missing throughout at top plate, exhaust vents at bathrooms must terminate above roof, seal all penetrations going through vapor barrier to exterior, nail plates missing throughout, water heater is placed in bicycle storage room but should be in janitor room, revision is needed for washer at north end of building, blocking required at soffits for draft stopping,STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. |
