Had a fire in unit #331 and has damage to the soffit where the drywall was pulled down to check for fire in the attic area to the roof. The unit has smoke in the unit was able to open the windows and the sliding glass door to air out the unit. Some water got into the unit when the door was opened and has dried out. Can see items on the wall from being splashed. The wood siding has burned on the exterior of the unit. The front door has burning on the wood jamb. The electrical has been removed to the unit due to the damage to the upper units where the fire startee. The unit will be secured by the maintenance crew. The manager was on site and signed the paperwork. RV. |
