Thrall 1) Site is a multi-family residential project, 8 stories, located in the specially mapped Pedestrian Business District. 2) 7A.2.2. Interpretation of applicable sign standards is based on the special mapped district, then zone and use. 3) 7A.10.2.B also requires that any signage proposed over 50 square feet - either for an individual sign or for an entire site within a "U" zoned property must be reviewed by the underlying urban overlay. This site is within the Main Gate Urban Overlay District. 4) acknowledged street frontage dimensions shown on elevation views, please add the same to the site plan on sheet 5 5) National Electrical Code (NEC 600) & Outdoor Lighting Code (OLC Ch 4 & 5) A) remove note that lighting shall not exceed 200 NITS (that's for digital signs, not the type of sign here) B) add note for timer shut off curfew time of midnight (OLC) 6) Engineered plans required for mount of signs greater than 30' off the ground, and special inspection required for the mount.
