A permit has been issued T20CM07870 on 1-7-2021 and finaled on 4-8-21 and the area that was question for a permit issues will be shown on the plans and was approved. The permit was for a garage to a bedroom for living space. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |

Met with the owner and she showed me the back porch. The rear porch has a closet added to a bedroom with a light on the west side of the house. The east side has a washroom added with the water lines and the sewer lines added and laying on the ground of the rear porch. Was able to look at the garage area and has 2-rooms being added with hallways. The garage door has been removed and blocked off with wood framing. The owner is stating that she never received a N.O.V. and will be sending another N.O.V. with more time. Did go over that they will need permits and inspection and don't do any more work until the permit is issued. Will re-send the N.O.V. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
