The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Failure to obtain proper permit with inspections and approvals shall deem the construction to be unsafe. |

Was able to look at the garage area and has 2-rooms being added with hallways. The garage door has been removed and blocked off with wood framing. The owner is stating that she never received a N.O.V. and will be sending another N.O.V. with more time. Did go over that they will need permits and inspection and don't do any more work until the permit is issued. Will re-send the N.O.V. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
