10/06/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The walls have been removed and the roof is still attached to the structure. They have built a wood frame box around the panels with the AC installed and running where the new panels have been installed. The permit has been issued for the electrical, T20CM06637 on 9-30-2020 with no inspection done. Nothing on the permit for the roof that is still up around the electrical disconnects and the panels for the units on the property. Will call the manager to check on the status on the permit for the porch.Will check in 21 days. RV.
09/23/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The panels have been replaced and the room is still up. No other work has been done since the last inspection. The AC wall unit is still running in the room. Did talk to the manager Jorge and he is still working on getting the permits for the room and the electrical panels changed. RV.
