THERE IS STILL A DRAINAGE CONCERN IN THE ALLEY ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING APPROXIMATELY 50 TO 75 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORN. THE ROOF DRAINAGE LINES AND THE CURRENT SLOPE GRADES IN THE ALLEY ALLOW THE WATER TO DRAIN BACK TOWARDS THE DOOR OPENINGS. I HAVE BEEN ADVISED BY THE CONTRACTOR THAT THEY HAVE AN RFI INTO THE ENGINEER OF RECORD FOR THIS CONCERN, THEY ARE WAITING FOR HIS RESPONSE. THE PARKING STRUCTURE ON THE FIRST FLOOR STILL HAS MATERIAL BEING STORED IN THE 1ST ADA PARKING SPACES, WE ARE UNABLE TO CHECK THEM AT THIS TIME.

07/10/2019 ENGINEERING - FINAL Not ready for Inspection Work is ongoing and all sides of the project, including site work and building façade, work being performed in the right of way on all sides of the project.
There is dirt, debris, construction material and a dumpster on sidewalks and in the streets. Sidewalks are incomplete around the building. Final grading is being performed in the alley to the west. Sidewalk scuppers have not yet been installed, roof drain terminations have not been completed. Please schedule inspections from the development package permit as work is completed for final inspection.
