THE DAMAGE TO THE FLOOR JOIST ARE VISIBLE FORM THE 2ND STORY UNIT 13206, TWO OF THE FLOOR JOIST HAVE DEEP CRACKS AND ARE BURNT ALONG WITH THE 2X4 TOP PLATE. THIS UNIT HAS DAMAGE TO THE CEILING AND WALL DRYWALL. THERE WALL AND FLOORING ARE WET. THERE IS CONCERN OF THE INTERIOR WALLS ELECTRICAL. TEP DID BOOT THE METERS OFF TO BOTH OF THESE UNITS. THE COT CONTRACTOR SECURED BOTH DOORS TO BOTHE THE UNITS. SCHEDULE A 30 DAYS FOLLOW UP INSPECTION FOR R VIDAL
