The management will try and check the roof and windows from the exterior to check if any openings need to be addressed. The building is due to be remodeled in a month with painting of the exterior, checking the roof for leaks and re-doing the mission tile on the roof and patching of the stucco. The tenant and management are having issues between each other and will try and talk to the tenant. Has a posting on the front door for the management to not enter the unit at any time. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
