The posting was removed from the front of the mobile home. Due to no maintenance on the property, called Arcaiden Industries to have the property secured. The interior of the mobile home has been cleaned out. Found signs of drug activity being done in the mobile home and also being used for a bathroom. The rear door has been broken in half where kicked in. Holes are being made in the drywall in the walls and the electrical is being removed on outlets and light fixtures. This property has been secured before due to a fire on the property. Secured 2-doors and 2-windows. Will check in 60 days. RV.

Did talk to some of the tenants and not sure where the management is at. The front door has been pulled off the hinges and the AC window units that were in the wall have been removed leaving openings in the wall. The interior of the mobile home has all the large furniture removed and has trash and debris inside the mobile home. Will call Arcaiden Industries to have the openings secured. Will check in 60 days.
