Sewage is backing up into the tub. 007 plumbing is working on the sewer line to remove the rocks. Manager stated that the issue would be fixed in 24 hours, if not tenant would be relocated to another unit until repairs are complete. Tenants are ok with 24 hours to repair sewer line. Manager sign emergency abatement and order to vacate form. F/U 24 hours. |
