visited site, inspected, found as follows a maintainence personnal was working on unit, power was turned back on and the air conditioner was being worked on, changed transformer and air conditioner was functioning, did a inspection and found as follows, carpet had a tear and posing a safety hazard, also found the tub/shower diverter valve was laking profusley and not sealed at connection, explained to the manager of maintainence, will write notice of violation |
