Complaint received from field unit stating the front gate fire department activated access was not working. Site was inspected on 11-10-10 and found the fire access is not opening front gate. Manager Olivia Martinez was contacted and situation described she stated a tchnician was going to be contacted same day and situation fixed. Follow up call made 11-12-10 with access still out of service. |
