EXPLAINED TO TENANT THAT THE LANDLORD HAS TO GIVE A FIVE DAY NOTICE OF INTENT TO ENTER REIDENCE TO REPAIR ITEMS ON THE NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND THAT SHE COULD NOT REFUSE TO LET THE CONTRACTOR IN TO REPAIR ITEMS
