VISITED SITE ON FOLLOW UP INSPECTION. FOUND STRUCTURE HAD BEEN VANDALIZED. ALL WINDOWS, ENTRY DOORS HAVE BEEN BROKEN. INTERIOR DOORS RIPPED OFF HINGES, SIGNS OF DRUG USE. GRAFFITI THRU OUT STRUCTURE.STRUCTURE HAS A BASEMENT. WILL CONTACT OWNER & ISSUE 5 DAY NOTICE AND MUST PASS MIM-HOUSING INSP. BEFORE REOCCUPING STRUCTURE. |
