ALL WATER LEAKS ARE REPAIRED. CARPET HAS BEEN CLEANED. SOME PAINT WAS DAMAGED BY WATER. MANAGEMENT IS USING AIR FANS TO DRY UNIT. MANAGER HAS OFFERED TO GIVE ANOTHER UNIT TO TENANT WHILE REPAIRS ARE DONE. THERE IS STILL PLASTER AND DRYWALL LOOSE ABOVE TUB. PAINT IS LOOSE CARPET DRYING. F/U 06-25-01 |
